This study aims to determines the relationship between service quality and responsibility with customer satisfaction in Faculty of Social Sciences UNJ. The research was conducted using survey method with the correlational approach. In this research, student in Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Jakarta was chosen as the unit of analysis with a sample size of 249 people who are determined by simple random sampling technique. The results show: First, There is a relationship between service quality with student satisfaction; Second, There is a relationship between with customer satisfaction. Third, There is a relationship between service quality and responsibilities with customer satisfaction. Further to improve student satisfaction, the administrative staff should consider the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, provide excellent service to students, and understand the needs of students.

This research aims to determine the relationship: (1) job design with productivity; (2) discipline with productivity; and (3) the relation between job design and discipline with productivity.The research method using survey by correlation approach. This research used as a sample of 80 employees, and 20 employees for testing, and selected based on a simple random technique (simple random sampling). The study was conducted at Directorate General of Non-formal and Informal Education.Technique data collecting was using the instrument in the form of questionnaire. This instrument is calibrated with the test item validity and reliability coefficients. To test the validity of using Pearson Product Moment correlation, while the reliability coefficient is calculated using the formula of Cronbach Alpha. The results showed that: first, there were positive relationship between job design with productivity; secondly, there is a positive relationship between discipline with productivity; thirdly, there is a positive relationship between job design and discipline together with employees productivity. The implication of this research is an effort in improving the productivity of employees can be done through job design and discipline.

This research aims to determine the relationship between: (1) organizational climate with achievement; (2) knowledge of communication with achievement; and (3) the relation between organizational climate and knowledge of communication with achievement. The research method using survey by correlation approach. This research used as a sample of 80 employees, and 20 employees for testing, and selected based on a simple random technique (simple random sampling). The study was conducted at Depok Local Office Education.Technique data collecting was using the instrument in the form of questionnaire. This instrument is calibrated with the test item validity and reliability coefficients. To test the validity of using Pearson Product Moment correlation, while the reliability coefficient is calculated using the formula of Cronbach Alpha. The results showed that: first, there were positive relationship between organizational climate and achievement; secondly, there is a positive relationship between knowledge of communication with achievement; thirdly, there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and knowledge of communication together with achievement.The implication of this research is an effort in improving the achievement can be done through organizational climate and knowledge of communication.

This research aims to determine the relationship between (1) controlling with work effectiveness, (2) work environment with work effectiveness, and (3) the relationship between controlling and work environment with work effectiveness altogether. Methods this research used a survey with the correlation approach. The sample of this research use 60 responden, and 20 responden for testing, and selected based on simple random sampling. Study toward regional office employees ministry religion province North Celebes.The technique of data collecting was using the instrument in the form of questionnaire. This instrument is calibrated with the test item validity and reliability coefficients. To test the validity of three variables (controlling, work effectiveness and work environment) using Pearson Product Moment correlation, while the reliability coefficient is calculated three variables (controlling, work effectiveness and work environment) using the formula of Cronbach Alpha. The results of this research are first, there are positive relationships between controlling and work effectiveness, which can be given on the correlation coefficient with the regression equation. Secondly, there is a positive relationship between work environment with work effectiveness that can be given on regression correlation coefficient with regression equation. Third, there is a positive relationship between controlling and work environment together with work effectiveness, which can be given on the correlation coefficient by multiple regression equation.

The objective of research is to find out influences of the Organization Climate and Work Ethic toward the Principal’s performance of MTsN in province West Sumatera. This research used as a sample of 88 Principals of MTsN, and 20 Principals of MTsN for testing, and selected based on a simple random technique (Simple Random Sampling). The study was a causal survey using path analysis. Technique data collecting was using the instrument in the form of questionnaire. This instrument is calibrated with the test item validity and reliability coefficients. To test the validity of using Pearson Product Moment correlation, while the reliability coefficient is calculated using the formula of Alpha Cronbach. The results showed that, 1) there is a direct influences of organization climate toward the Principal’s performance, 2) there is a direct influences of work ethic toward the Principal’s performance, 3) there is a direct influences of organization climate toward work ethic.The implication of this research is an effort in improving the performance of Principal’s of MTsN can be done through organization climate and work ethic.

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of organization culture, leadership effectiveness, and job stress on the performance of Junior High School Principals in Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. This research is a causal study using path analysis on the 74 population (Principals) of Junior High School. There were 63 persons (Principals) of analysis unit used as the sample whom are chosen randomly. There are five results of this research, among others: 1). there is a positive direct influence of organization culture on job stress, 2). there is a positive direct influence of organization culture on performance, 3). there is a positive direct effect of job stress on leadership effectiveness, 4). there is a positive direct effect of leadership effectiveness influence on the performance and 5). there is a positive direct effect of job stress on performance. Therefore, a good performance of Junior High School Principals may be increased further by boosting the efforts of human resources especially in the success of local government program in Murung Raya Regency such as to become healthy and smart in 2013. Besides, apart from that, other variables also must be considered for the next research.

This research aims to determine the relationship between (1) control with teacher’s performance at public SMA in Bekasi,Districk (2) compensation with teacher’s performance at public SMA in Bekasi,Districk, (3) control and compensation together with teacher’s performance at public SMA in Bekasi Districk.The research method using survey by correlational approach. This research used sample of 90 employees (teachers and principals), and 20 employees (teachers and principals) for trial, and selected based on a simple random technique (Simple Random Sampling). Study toward in public Senior High School in Bekasi Districk. Technique data collecting was using the instrument in the form of questionnaire. This instrument is calibrated with the test item validity and reliability coefficients. To test the validity of using Pearson Product Moment correlation, while the reliability coefficient is calculated using the formula of Cronbach Alpha. The results showed that: First, there is a positive relationship between control with performance. Secondly, there is a positive relationship between compensation with the performance. Third, there is a positive relationship between control and compensation together with performance. The implications of this research is teacher’s performance in Bekasi can be enhanced through control of the Principal and an increase in compensation.

The objectives of this research were to find out: (1) the effect of leadership on job satisfaction, (2) the effect of job design job satisfaction, (3) the effect of organizational climate on job satisfaction; (4) the effect of leadership on organizational climate; and (5) the effect of job design on organizational climate. The study was a survey conducted in Medan with 79 sample of Medan University employees, selected randomly. The data were analyzed by using path analysis. The result of this research were as follows: (1) there was a positive effect of leadership on job satisfaction; (2) there was a positive affect of job design on job satisfaction; (3) there was a positive effect of organizational climate on job satisfaction; (4) there was a positive effect of leadership on organizational climate; and (5) there was a positive effect of job design on organizational climate. In order to improved job satisfaction, leadership in line with context and situation, the relevant job design, and the conducive organizational climate should be put into human capital management; however other variables were necessary to be taken into account by next job satisfaction research.

The objective of this research is to study the organizational culture, leadership style, and job satisfaction influence on the deans organizational commitment by private university in North Sumatera province. In this research, 90 samples were selected simple random sampling and data has been analysis by path analysis. The research findings are: (1)organizational culture has a direct effect on job satisfaction, (2) leadership style,has a direct effect on job satisfaction, (3) job satisfaction has a direct effect on organizational commitment, (4) organizational culture has a direct effect on organizational commitment, and (5) leadership style has a direct effect on organizational commitment. Efforts to improve organizational commitment can be done by creating conducive conditions in the workplace, employer-oriented leadership style to the task and the empowerment of subordinates, as well as increase job satisfaction by providing recognition, rewards and incentives, the results of this study can be considered for the next research .

The objective of this research is to find out the effects of Leadership behavior, and employee’s Cognitive ability, on employee’s Job satisfaction and Performance, and direct effect of employee’s Job Satisfaction on employee’s Performance. The Yogyakarta Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) permitted the research to be carried out at its Yogyakarta Branch (Balai Besar Pengawas Obat dan Makanan DIY), in 2010, with a sample size of 55 employees selected randomly out of total population of 112. Data obtained were analyzed by Path analysis, after the variables placed in a correlation matrix. The results showed that 1) Leadership behavior had both direct effect on employee’s Job satisfaction, and Performance, 2) Employee’s Cognitive ability had a direct effect on employee’s Performance, but had no effect on employee’s Job Satisfaction 3) Employee’s Job Satisfaction had no effect on employee’s Performance. The results of this research showed that Leadership behavior and Cognitive ability were the most important determinants that could be used to improve employee’s Job satisfaction, and Performance, through education and training program.
